We conducted in-vitro test (lab test) on skin identical model to evaluate the efficacy of this product in comparison to an Alpha Arbutin 2% serum from an international brand that offers active based products (called benchmark here).

"I haven’t noticed any visible improvement. The tote bag is fine, but the serum doesn’t seem to be working, even though I use it daily. I don’t have issues like acne or enlarged pores, but my skin has become noticeably darker. I believe this happened because I was using a salicylic acid face cleanser without applying sunscreen. Since then, I’ve been using sunscreen along with an alpha arbutin serum for the past month, but unfortunately, I still haven’t seen any improvement. quality and concentration wise i think it's Okey"

I had bought this ,and

"I had bought this ,and didn't use the product till 23rd April as my previous AA 2% bottle I had, but yesterday I left my bottle upside down in my bag,with proper fitting and box ,the bottle leaked out 2/3rd of alpha arbutin serum out of it ! I have even clicked pictures to prove it. My entire bottle got wasted due to faulty bottle seal. That even happened with my previous vitamin c serum as well. half of it leaked"

I don't see any result

"It's been a month using this product consistently. I actually had a lot of hyper pigmentation around my mouth, it hasn't been reduced at least a bit. I know I'm using it correctly, cleanser, toner and then the arbutin serum(5 drops per use) 2 times a day. I don't see any result. I request Minimalist team to review about this and consider my concerns. I need the refund. The product is also very costly and it didn't work well. Please give my refund."
