"Hi Minimalist Team, Honestly, I have some strong feedback to share. This product has been a real disappointment. The formulation starts splitting after just 2-3 uses, which makes it completely unusable. I expected much better from a brand like yours. To make things worse, when I reached out for support, the experience was cold and unhelpful. That pushed me over the edge — I've decided to stop buying from Minimalist altogether until things improve. I hope this feedback reaches the right people and actually leads to some changes, both in the product quality and customer support."

"I don’t have dry chapped lips and I never bought this for that concern. I have tanned pigmented lips and it is magic! Sometimes it is dehydrated but takes care of that also for the whole winter night. But for dry lips I have no clue. But it brightens with in 1 month! This is my second tube. I always wanted a treatment based lip balm because facial treatment either doesn’t penetrate or way too much for lips. And every lip balm these days either has tint or SPF. "For the first time, I received a lip balm in skincare products that has such a bad taste. Moreover, the corners of my mouth are cracking. My lips are naturally pink, but they feel strangely dull and slightly dark. Can you please replace it?"
