"I’m really disappointed with the bottle quality. The upper cap/dropper was not locking properly, and because of that, it came loose and the whole serum spilled out. I didn’t even get to use the product properly. Please improve the cap so it locks tightly and doesn’t come off easily. I hope this packaging issue is fixed because losing the entire serum due to the cap is really frustrating."
