Return & refund policy
- We at Minimalist have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:
- You received the wrong product, and,
- You received a damaged product, and,
- You received an expired product, and,

You have received an empty package.

In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an email at help@beminimalist.co requesting return/replacement, along with relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product.

In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first instance, please record a video of unboxing of the package by you.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. However, orders which have not been shipped can be cancelled.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
- Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
