"I haven’t noticed any visible improvement. The tote bag is fine, but the serum doesn’t seem to be working, even though I use it daily. "I had bought this ,and didn't use the product till 23rd April as my previous AA 2% bottle I had, but yesterday I left my bottle upside down in my bag,with proper fitting and box ,the bottle leaked out 2/3rd of alpha arbutin serum out of it ! I have even clicked pictures to prove it. My entire bottle got wasted due to faulty bottle seal. That even happened with my previous vitamin c serum as well. half of it leaked"
