Minimalist Tribe - Terms and Conditions

 

How to Participate:

  1. After purchasing a Minimalist product, share your review of the product on your personal Instagram account as a story or reel using the #MinimalistTribe and tag @beminimalist__
  2. The review should include the product and your honest feedback after using it.
  3. The review should be based on your personal experience with the purchased product.
  4. Your Instagram account should be public to review the reel.
  5. In case of a story, a screenshot must be submitted 24 hours after the story has been uploaded with the view count visible.
  6. The link to the reel/ screenshot of the story must be submitted to the Google Form provided for the team to review.

 

Eligibility:

    1. This program is open to customers who purchase Minimalist products from the official website.
    2. The Instagram account should be a genuine account with a minimum of 100 followers.
    3. The content should be of good quality and should show the product and the product name clearly.
    4. To qualify, participants must follow the above steps within 30 days of purchase.
    5. Each participant is eligible to submit only one review per order.
    6. The participant's Instagram account should be public and live on feed for reviewing.
    7. The participant's video should be live for a minimum of 45 days from the day of posting.
    8. This offer is only valid for those who have received the WhatsApp message.
    9. This offer is only for a limited time.
    10. Inappropriate, offensive, or false reviews will not be accepted, and participants will be disqualified from the program.
    11. Minimalist is not responsible for technical errors, lost submissions, or any issues beyond their control that prevent the proper functioning of the program.

 

Cashback: 

  1. Eligible review submitted will result in 50% of the net order value being deposited into the customer’s Minimalist account into the Minimalist wallet.
  2. Cashback will be processed and issued within 10-15 business days after review submission.
  3. The cashback issued can be used for future purchases on the official Minimalist website only.

 

Content Rights:

  1. By submitting a review, participants grant Minimalist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use the review, images, and/or videos for promotional purposes across Minimalist’s website, social media, and marketing materials.
  2. Minimalist may edit or modify the content for clarity or promotional purposes.

 

Program Modifications:

  1. Minimalist reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the "#MinimalistTribe" program at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be updated through appropriate channels.
