Yes. Dehydrated skin is caused by a lack of moisture in the skin. Cleansing our face daily is necessary to remove dirt, pollution, and excess sebum, but the process can strip moisture as well, leaving dry / dehydrated skin even drier. Can it be used to remove makeup?
