"The cleanser itself works, but the tube dispenses too much product because of the wide center opening, which causes unnecessary wastage. Since the formula is low-foaming, it already feels like you need more product, and the packaging makes that worse. On paper the formulation looks great, but real-life usability matters too. A product should not only have good ingredients, it should also be practical, easy to control, and comfortable to use daily. Decent cleanser, but the packaging and user experience need improvement."
