Yes. We have formulated this cleanser, especially for dry / dehydrated / sensitive skin types. It's a very gentle, low-foaming, gel cream-based cleanser that contains a low concentration of a very mild cleansing agent. It leaves skin soft & hydrated without any residual feel

Can this cleanser be used on active acne?

Yes. This cleanser emulsifies excess sebum without drying skin out. Dehydrated skin may trigger excess oil production which can further worsen acne / breakouts. A gentle, non-dehydrating cleanser can calm skin down

Can it be used to remove makeup?

The combination of emulsifiers & surfactants in the formula can emulsify makeup & sunscreen. However, you might need to double cleanse if your makeup or sunscreen is heavy on silicones & waxes
